Kathy Fritz is a board-certified master hormone coach who coaches women in perimenopause and menopause to get rid of the weight gain, hot flashes, and sleep & hormonal issues so they can feel like themselves again, regain their energy, and lead a longer, healthier life. 

By following Kathy’s approach, her clients go from feeling helpless and unsure of where to start to feeling in control and confident in how to best take care of themselves through midlife. 

Kathy is certified through Primal Health Coach Institute and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaches. She has taken additional courses through Women’s Integrative Health Institute and Uberhealth. She started coaching midlife women in 2019 and has now helped over 100 women learn about what their midlife bodies need to feel their best.
